David Salters is an advisor and consultant with over twenty years of experience in leadership, executive coaching, recruiting, business development, training, and talent management. He spent more than a decade at Warren Averett, where he served as Practice Leader for the firm's Recruiting and HR Consulting divisions, spearheading corporate initiatives across business development, training, and the firm's Core Values Team.
A sought-after public speaker, David shares insights on labor market trends, leadership, team culture, and effective communication. His work blends the rigor of a seasoned operator with the warmth of a trusted advisor — practical counsel delivered by someone who has been there and done the work himself.
David and his wife live in the Birmingham area and take pride in raising their four children, who range from a college junior to a third grader.
